2. Reporting Damaged Items
   If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide us with photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the process. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Return Due to Change of Mind
   If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within the 7-day return window.
   The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
   A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Restocking Fees
   A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns not related to damaged or incorrect items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Processing Time
   Once we receive your return request and the returned item (if applicable), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Exceptions
   Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund or return.
